Additional info/contents In the field of the popular music, the turn of the decades between the 1960s and the 1970s of the last century can be regarded as a short era of almost unequalled quality. Not only The Beatles, but also other groups, composers, and artists set standards that are still valid today. It is not a coincidence that there have repeatedly been successful remakes of musical themes of those days. Even to young people of today, the old hits to not seem to be antiquated. Stefan Schwalgin chose from the music of this era for his medley. Each single hit would be an attractive concert act of it's own - all together they form a musical firework with an almost irresistible appeal on the listener.

Chirpy Cirpy Cheep Cheep (Middle of the Road, 1971); Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da (The Beatles, 1969); Proud Mary (Creedence Clearwater Revival, 1969); Californa Dreamin' (The Mamas & The Papas, 1966); Mendocino (Sir Douglas Quintet, 1969); Na Na Hey Kiss Him Goodbye (Steam, 1969); Is this the Way to Amarillo (Tony Christie, 1971).
